Through decisions we create our life and world. The basic circumstances of living can cause us to become stuck. Individuals become stuck when an event in the past or an anticipation of the future prevents them from recognizing their options in the present. Organizations become stuck in the same way as individuals but are more visible. We can see individuals actually and not out fixations on the past and dreams of the future. With individuals what we see is best described as symbolic. Co-Creator Enterprises has developed approaches that help individuals and organizations focus on their objectives, their options, their situation and their interests. This focus improves the quality of decisions. The quality of decisions is best determined by measuring the follow through on decisions. Outcome is not a good measure because without focus we continue to revise decisions before any single decision realizes its creation.
