Conflict Resolution
We work in community. We are together and different. Togetherness and difference generate conflict. Every business project can be executed in more than one way. Differences are honest, and not necessarily contradictory. Differences are in fact necessary.
One impediment to growth and development in a business is that the principal executives get stuck in conflict or unresolved competing visions.
Approach: We use a combination of thinking style assessment and structured conversations to mediate the differing visions. Our objective is to clearly articulate visions so that they are choices.
